Profile · I have 15 years post qualification experience in two FTSE 100 companies, and during this time I gained a wealth of commercial knowledge and expertise in various operational and strategic roles. For the last year and a half I have been providing business and accounting solutions and services to companies in the North West, in a range of sectors.
· I am a member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Panel for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and I also do voluntary 'finance' work for a charity based in Warrington.
· Previously, I worked at Shell for five years in a project management role and then latterly in a senior Planning and Reporting role.
· Prior to that, I worked for Unilever for 15 years, I completed my traineeship with them and then I undertook various management roles in both finance and commercial areas. During this time I was the treasurer of a local charity.
· In between Shell and Unilever, when my children were small, I worked as a Financial analyst from home for two private investors in the London stock markets.
